This is not really a question, and I hope its not classed as spam or advertising, But I am thinking of starting to give private guiding and private 1 to 1 or max 2 to 1 scuba diving trips and courses, I,m currently not working in the diving industry but miss teaching and guiding, I have over 9 years proffesional diving experience and I'm very passionate about marine conservation, I got out of the diving work due to disalusionment with the industry as I,ve found it is developing more and more a pack em in churn them out mentallity.
(This is causing alot of damage to the marine enviroment which could easily be avoided by taking extra care and time when training new divers)
This is not a reflection on PADI or their dive instructors but on the operators who are more concerned with money than conserving our marine enviroment and creating good divers.
I want to offer all potential divers, new divers or those who have had bad experiences in the past but still want to try again, the choice of creating there own learning scedule and becoming excellent passionate divers, teaching others through example how to be respectful of our marine enviroment while still having loads of fun. I would appriciate all feed back good and bad and if I get enough good I will start up this service for those travelling to Thailand,
